About the Pokemon
Shedinja is the Shed Pokemon, a Bug and Ghost type from the Hoenn region. In the games it appears in a curious way: when Nincada evolves into Ninjask, its empty shell can come to life as a brand-new Pokemon. That spooky backstory makes it a cult favourite.
Why Collectors Want It
Illustration Rares from the Mega Evolution base set are some of the first art cards of the new era. The Shed Pokemon’s eerie design suits the illustration style perfectly, and the card stands out on any binder page.
Condition and Shipping
Every single is shipped in a penny sleeve, a toploader and a team bag, then packed in a protective mailer, so it arrives in the same Near Mint condition it left our shelf.
Pair It Up
Ghost-type collectors often build a page of spooky Pokemon. This card sits nicely next to Gengar, Mimikyu and Dusknoir cards.
Care Tips
Keep the card in its sleeve and toploader when you are not displaying it. If you plan to grade it, store it in a cool, dry place until you send it off.
Because the Mega Evolution base set began a brand-new era, its art cards are likely to remain a reference point for collectors for years. Adding the ones you love as singles is the easiest way to build a strong collection from the set.
It also makes a great pickup for anyone who collects Bug or Ghost type Pokemon.
