Description

The Vivid Voltage booster box is a true Sword and Shield era classic. It brings massive energy and wild colour, with more Pokemon V, the newly discovered Mythical Pokemon Zarude and the rainbow-splashed Amazing Pokemon that made the set famous.

Why Collectors Want the Vivid Voltage Booster Box

Vivid Voltage introduced the Amazing Pokemon, cards with a bold rainbow splash that burst out of the frame. Combined with powerful Pokemon V and VMAX, it remains one of the most loved expansions from the Sword and Shield years.

Over 185 cards in the set
36 boosters per display
10 cards in every booster
New Trainer cards and Special Energy cards

A Set From an Earlier Era

Sword and Shield is an earlier era of the game, and sealed displays from it tend to get harder to find over time. That is why many collectors buy older sets while they are still available at a fair price. Keep a sealed box upright and out of direct sunlight to protect the shrink wrap.

Opening Tips

Take your time with older product. Open each pack over a soft surface and sleeve the Amazing Pokemon straight away, since their rainbow foil is easy to scratch. Pikachu fans should keep a toploader ready too.

If you would rather keep the box sealed, note the purchase date and store it with your other sealed product. A simple spreadsheet of what you own and what you paid makes it easy to track your collection over the years.

The set also includes new Trainer cards and Special Energy cards, so a full display gives players useful staples alongside the big chase cards.
